Reforming the Water/Sewer Ordinance to be more accomodating to our customers.

What can residents and merchants do to help? Participate more in your City government.
What do you want more of? How should we approach it? ... things like government participation in downtown renewal, architectural approaches, zoning, economic development, etc.
